This 1920’s single fronted Edwardian cottage renovation is full of natural night and a crisp palette of concrete, timber, white walls and neutral marble. The spaces were imagined as a response to satisfy a brief for entertaining and allowing light to filter in from all angles. A rear extension was constructed blurring the lines of interior and exterior through the use of a large sliding door that hides away into a cavity wall. A central streamline kitchen with open shelving units at either end allows for a secret pantry and storage to the rear. A central hub to the home that can fold open and closed as needed.
